During the week of February 7, 2021, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced its nominees for induction in 2021. Among those on the ballot are Carole King, Iron Maiden, Chaka Khan, Todd Rundgren, Tina Turner, and Dionne Warwick. King was previously inducted with Gerry Goffin in 1990 as a non-performer for her songwriting career, and Turner joined the Class of 1991 as one half of Ike & Tina Turner. The inductees will be announced this May, and the awards ceremonies will take place sometime this fall.
